Starting at approximately 3:00pm yesterday afternoon, Dayton Hall customers began experiencing telephone outages. Telecom technicians worked on the issue until approximately 10:30 yesterday evening, and were unable to determine the cause of the malfunction. Troubleshooting continues this morning, and service remains out in several residential areas. Dayton Hall is experiencing the majority of the problems, while parts of Dorms A, B, C, D, Tonopah, and SWRC are also affected. Telecom is continuing to work on the malfunction.
