Repair

Telecom offers three basic categories of repair service to UNLV customers

Phone Repair

Available for most models of both Nortel and Cisco VOIP phones. Most phone repairs are performed as straight replacements of malfunctioning phones with new or remanufactured like model phones. Both the Nortel and Cisco VOIP phones are rugged and designed for the daily abuse of an office environment, rarely requiring replacement. There are many models of Cisco VOIP phones, and prices vary with desired options. All Nortel phones are replaced with Meridian M3904 phones. Telecom does not repair or replace Analog phones, fax machines or modems.

  • Replace a Nortel Phone that is an M3904, costs Market Value
  • Replace a Cisco VOIP Phone, costs Market Value.
