Cisco Unified Contact Center Express is a service very similar to a Call Tree. UCCX is much more robust than a Call Tree and designed for those departments that experience a very high call volume and maintain a call center environment. Primarily this tool is most useful for those departments that have extensive customer service roles that require frequent interaction with customer on incoming calls.

Departments that have installed UCCX include the OIT Helpdesk, Registrar, Admissions, and Student Health Center. UCCX is only available on Cisco phones.

  • UCCX Design and Installation, is a lengthy process requiring department input on design specifics and is highly tailored to the department and their customer call interaction. An installation of fee of $2500.00 is charged, plus the Market Cost of licenses.
  • UCCX Maintenance, is required for each UCCX licensed seat purchased and costs $30.00 per month, and is billed annually at $360.00 per seat. UCCX Maintenance provides the customer department with Script Changes, Option Changes, Schedule Changes and routine maintenance requests at no additional charge per work request.
